We provide services including binary options trading, account management, API copy trading, and one-on-one trading tutorials. We do not operate as a bank, brokerage firm, investment advisor, or financial institution unless expressly stated.
3. Regulatory & Compliance Disclaimer (Binary Options)
Binary options trading is highly speculative and may be restricted or regulated in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in binary options trading is lawful in your country. Quantumpips makes no representation that its services are appropriate, legal, or permitted in all jurisdictions. Users accessing our services from restricted territories do so at their own initiative and risk.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantumpips Capital Trading, its directors, affiliates,
employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs,
or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your breach of any applicable law or regulation
• Any trading losses incurred
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quantumpips shall not be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to:
• Loss of profits
• Loss of capital
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Reputational damage
Our total aggregate liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Quantumpips for services in the preceding three (3) months.
8. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with applicable Nigerian arbitration laws.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Service Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful or fraudulent activity.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
